I am looking for some help on RLMT and any assistance would be much appreciated!
Background:
I am currently employed by a University and doing Action Research in a company. I am full time based in this company for over 4 years now and have developed business critical processes and operations. my title at the company is operations Manager- this company now wants to employ me as operations manager
I understand requirements of RLMT Advertising, Interviews and Documentation but slightly confused about the interview!
the Question:
The job advert will look for candidates who have skills/knowledge which i have developed by working with this company over four years. i dont see anyone matching these skills- what if we cant find any candidates for interview other than me?
Do we still have to carry out interviews OR highlight this to UKBA?
