Hi,Im a non eea citizen married to a portuguese,we married in aug 2009 i got my RC in sep 2009,now we divorced and my RC will expire in sep 2014,im planning to aplly now for permanent residence due 5 years in uk,and she provide me her 5 last p60s,her passport,and i,ve been working since 2009,her p60s will be enough to proove treaty rights? and should i wait until my RC expire to apply?,anyone plese help me...Thanks
