Hi,
Can someone of similar case assist us. My wife was given 30 months settlement visa which expire in May 2016. Due to my current circumstances , I am found is best to apply for the 10 years route but I could find the information regarding the NHS surcharge whether she has to pay for it or not and the language test (bearing in mind that she passed a test when she applied for the first 30 months). any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
