Royal Mail and Postoffice.co.uk same ?

Does it matter which one we use to send our T1 extension applications ?

Are both considered 'postal' applications and not courier ?

I need to be sure because I may end up sending my application on the last day of my visa expiry so need to ensure I send by post because only then will my date of application be considered to be the date of posting, regardless of when it reaches UK BA.

if you are posting your application just a day before your leave expires then u need to be more careful.

pay by bank draft
photos should be as per the guidance

jus go to a post office branch & send it by special delivery. include a SD envelope if you can & note down the tracking number

royal mail is essentially post office

Thanks mate. I got a bankers draft today and photo etc ready and reviewing them well. Expecting final bank statement today by post, I should be good to go once I receive that.
