Do you find that immigration advisers are very rude and that they intentionally try to not answer your question clearly / i.e. make their answers unnecessorily complicated ?

How many of you have found that immigration advisers are very rude and that they intentionally try to not answer your question clearly / i.e. make their answers unnecessorily complicated ?
