Just some information for anyone applying for a Spouse Visa from Russsia at TLS contact, they do not scan any documents for Spouse visa applications, they only do it for tourist visas so far. You will get told they do, even if you read their website etc, but I can confirm after my wifes biometric appointment last week that they dont. Hope this is of use to anyone.
