Safe and considerate driving course declaration in Tier 2 Visa App

Hi,

I had an accident with pedestrians in Oct, 2018. Mother and 2 kids - I was driving at 4-5 mph and did make a contact with them. No injuries reported.
Police decided to investigate it after a member of public reported it after few days. I was interviewed and the police said that they will send me a letter after speaking to the victims. I received a letter that I should attend the driver awareness course or go to the court. I have attended the driver awareness course.

Now, while applying for my TIER 2 visa from UK, do I have to declare this incidence?
