Appeal Allowed for FFT on 3rd Feb.
Received the letter of determination on 5th Feb.

No communication after that. Hoping that HO did not challenge.

@ kumar369, call the tribunal enquiry no and ask if HO did not challenge the FTT decision and they will tell you immediately.

Hi Olasunkanmi thanks for the response. As its already more than 22 days from the data of receipt of determination. Is there a possible that HO have challenged the decision. I will anyway call them on Monday.

Chances are very slim to recieve any letter after so much time, I think so you are safe. But double check with tribunal and also ask them to refund. Good luck.
