is there any policy in the UKBA for in-country applications that

if a visa has been granted (psw given in 2010) with a disclosed immigration history 322 (1a) (deception in 2009 for 2009) then all future applications should not be refused?

i found one for out side applications

it would be more easy for us memebers to say something if you share the nature of deception that you have already disclosed in your previous visa application, sometimes a term called deception is not at a degree of countable level.

Hi I used false bank statements for tier 1 Hsmp in 2009 and disclosed the same during psw application in 2010 and got approval.
