Hello,
I will be sending off the application for my husband to come to stay with me in the UK on a spouse visa soon. gathering all the documents first.
I get paid £11.50 an hour. contracted to 37 hours a week. but get paid hourly from a timesheet so could go over or under each month. so one month i could get paid 1800 before tax and others i could get as little as 1650. does this count as a Salaried or Non-Salaried employment?
Also my payslips as given to me as a screen shot paper form. what do i do in this case because some posts ive seen have been refused on the basis of the pay slips not meeting the right standards? what exactly do they need to be?
