Salary on CoS and P60 is different

Post by Amy_jon » Mon Mar 24, 2014 4:23 pm

Hi,

I am on tier-2 general visa. Total salary on CoS is 37k including all allowances. But on P60 it shows 36,857.44. But P60 is not showing any allowances also. Would it be a problem when I am going to apply for ILR.

If you are no longer working for that employer then there should be no worries. Your ilr will be based on current employer and not previous ones.
