Salary/expereince/age.....(indian applicant)

hello members,

can someone advise me if I need to put my CV when submitting my file. I have been given various advises some saying it is not nessecary and it will only confuse the case worker as your emperience ltter says it all.

Also, If I furnish my last year tax returns (2005-2006) and salary slips (stamped and signed) will that be enough to prove my earning power. However the tax return would not cover the last couple of months, will that be OK. I was still scoring 25 points for my last financial year.

I have worked only for 1 company for last 5 years (3 yrs as Finance Executive & 2 yrs as Finance Manager) what docs do you think I should furnish? I have the follwoing

Expereicen letter (decribing my current role and employment dates)
Promotion letter (from executive to manager)
Appointment Letter (old one as Finanace Executive in 2001)

I do not have my Birth certificate (lost somewhere) so can I submit a color notarised copy along with my leaving certificate as a proof of age (I am 25) yrs old.

Please advise...

Hi,

1. Work Experience
Each reference should be on the company’s original letter headed paper. Letters typed on plain paper are not acceptable (as the source of the reference cannot be established).
It should clearly show: -
• The start date and end dates of each position the applicant held during their employment with that employer. If the reference states a start date and says that the applicant is ‘working to present’ then the caseworker should only calculate the period of time until the date the letter is dated.
• Job Title – This should indicate the post(s) that the applicant has undertaken.
• Full job description – This should be a FULL description of the duties and responsibilities that the applicant undertook whilst in the post. This should give details that will help the caseworker establish the level of the post.
It is important to have the job description for each post held, to make sure what the person is doing, as quite often the same job title can be used for very different duties and responsibilities.

2. Age
Notarized copy of your passport should be acceptable.

3. Past Earnings
You must submit 2 evidences.

1 - 12 month salary slip on A4 paper with rubber stamped and signed by the management.

OR

2 - Salary certificate detailing my salary break up for the full 12 months signed and stamped by the managemment.

Substitute the OR to AND (meaning both documents required).

i went through a consultant in mumbai to get my hsmp last year. he included my CV in the list of documents. send it anyway, at worst they will not look at it; at best they will get a clearer picture of your history from it. golden rule - submit as many authentic relevant documents as possible. your work documentation seems fine, privded it meets the criteria sushdmehta has mentioned. for financial proofs, submit annual tax returns, 12 payslips and aggregate if any, and bank statements. and yes for age proof you must submit a notarised copy of your passport. good luck
