Salary increment

Hi,

I am wondering if someone can advise me here on my salary increment query.

I am working as a junior .Net developer and earning £23k per annum, its been one and half yr since i started my job and i am happy with my job and working enviorment.

I am wondering if i can ask my boss for salary increment now or should i wait few more months? Normally all the companies increase 3% salaries every year but i don't know if my company does that becuase last yr they didn't increase. Also there is no performance appraisal system in my company otherwise i could have requested my manager for salary increment.

Any advise?
