Sample format of letter for House owned by husband

Hi,

I am applying for ILR and i am the main applicant and my husband is the depandant applicant. My husband owns a property in UK and we both reside in the same property.

can any one send me the sample format of the letter which my husband has to write to confirm we both reside in the same property and also the mortgage details?

the set( O) form under section 5 "Home & Finances" there is question.
"Is your home in UK" or others...

and further question
"Do you or your partner, or both, pay any rent or mortgage for your home?"

So we thought we can provide a letter to confirm all the details along with the property registration certificate.

Any standard sample format for this kind of letter?

1. Go to landregistry website and pay £4 to download the registry details
2. If you have mortgage on the property, then you can show the mortgage approval letters.
