SAR - not very useful

Hi all

I am applying ILR in combination of WP + WP-Extention + HSMP + Tier 1 General, because I am missing WP-ext original letter I requested a SAR, but I am not getting what I asked for. All I got were copies of my application forms(hsmp, wp, tier 1) and HO's computer record print-out.

I am a bit worried as I am missing one original letter although they for sure have record on his computer. Many ppl got asked to present WP letters by case worker.
So my questions are
1) Can I really get a copy of my WP letter by SAR?
2) How big deal is it if I am missing this letter?

I did not find either useful, they did not send any of my landing cards during my WP and no WP letter was received apart from some screen shots of databases of my all WP applications. I am thinking to ask them again to send me all the landing cards thats what I want.

Does it say anything about the Risk Level?

You could try though. I specified what I was looking for in the cover letter with all paper's ref number, etc.

Landing cards? Do you think they keep it? I think they may not be held by HO?
What risk level were you referring to?
