Schengen visa for Poland if holder of ILR

Post by Brit Chick » Mon Mar 09, 2009 8:54 pm

Does my husband (who is a pakistani national with ILR) require a schengen visa to travel to poland on holiday?

It seems from their embassy website that holders of ILR who are married to EU nationals do not require a visa, but this seems a little too good to be true - I'm used to being made to jump through hoops and hurdles to get a schengen visa whenever we go on holiday.

Can anyone confirm this is correct?

Thanks in advance.
