Scope for Process Engineering jobs in UK

Guys;

Recently, i got tier-1 visa before a month.I have more than 8 years experiance in oil and gas consultancy in India,Japan and Middle-east.I am applying since last one month but it seems that market is dead.i got 2-3 calls from agency but i don't found a single call from client. If i go to oilcareer.com , i found n number of vacancies in aberdeen everyday. currently i m working in middle-east and sticked with present job.
Can anybody guide me in proper way?
Can anybody send me a copy of CV in UK-format ?
