1) Maintenance funds required for Tier1 but not in case of HSMP (JR).
2) 7 days bank statement rule applies.

As per my understanding, Correct me If i am wrong.
In my latest extension (JR) visa endorsed as Tier1, so cant claim HSMP benefits any more.
For spouse application have to use VAF 10 with equivalent £600 fee. But maintenance funds are not required as written in VAF 10 guidance (due to JR).

if u've got a HSMP visa(not to be confused with tier1), then maintainenance of funds rule is not applicable for you. The HSMP reference number should be the one given in the initial HSMP approval letter. As for HO reference number, you might want to put down the reference number of your most recent extension.
