As far as 5 year clock is concerned, that's what my solicitor also suggested that their 5 year clock will start as soon as they change their visas to dependent s of a settled person however he said that there is no restrictions on their travel since they have...

Re: Can both spouses income be counted towards maintenance.

Thanks zee ali,
so according to your formula one needs to have 21k in saving held in account for 6 months to get a discount of 2k in maintenance fund. i was told for 60k savings in account for 6 months will mean i dont need any maintanence fund.

Re: Can both spouses income be counted towards maintenance.

Thanks CR001 for your prompt response. i have one other question regarding maintenance criteria. if some have a deficit in 22k,can he use his savings to counter the deficit and if yes , how much savings one need to cover the deficit of lets say 2000.
Thanks

Re: No right to appeal after the second application

Sorrry to hear abt UR refusal. I think u should go for JR and complete it 10 years this way. Some legal experts are of the view that time spent while waiting for the JR is not counted in 10 years while some say it's counted. But I have seen someone who got his ILR while he waited 8 months for JR hea...

Re: Tier 1 Visa dismissal and 28 days time frame

Appeal should be made to upper tribunal within 5 days not seven days bro. That's why I think UR appeal was out of time. Anyway write to the court and give them a reason. They will probably accept it

Re: 10 years long residency before extension

Hi bro, that's a good idea. My 10 years completing at the end of dec, what abt u. In my knowledge , one only need to demonstrate 10 years of legal stay. Details abt company operations are not important specially if UR company is less then an year old and u hit 10 years.

Appeal allowed

Alhamdulillah I have received my appeal allowed letter. My hearing was held on 10 July and lasted less then 10 mins. Reason for refusal was that HO alleged that I have not written my company services in the contract which I actually did mention. That was the only reason. The judge agreed with my bar...

Hi , if the judge made an error in law why u did not go to upper tribunal. If u could have proved that an errrr n law have been commited , u would get permission to go yo utt. And yes u r right these temps have made lots of trouble for people.

Hi Mario, this frontier mole is making no sense. I know people who have been going through exhausting his appeal rights and clocked 10 years and got ILR. Don't get nervous and consult a good solicitor.
