Come March 2020, she will have been on T2G for 3 years. Assuming the extension CoS is for another 3 years, this would probably take here to 5 years and 10 months on T2G in total...

I was advised by the helpline to use internet explorer as none other browsers were officially supported. Dont know to what extent this advice is correct, but give it a try. This worked for me after having spent a lot of time trying to book an apointment.

I believe the matter in this case boils down to the fact that my previous employer notified to the HO early Sept 2014 of my redundancy. I spoke with UKVI helpline staff regarding clarification on that one point and the person said that it is 60 days from receiving curtailment letter. Congrats on your ILR FineG12... Can you please confirm if you had any break in employment in the 5 years qualifying period for ILR? If so for how long?
Also did you submit payslips and P60s for the last 5 years? What documents did you submit to prove you were continuously employed?
