Re: Tier-2 ILR to British citizenship as a spouse

Many Thanks for such a quick reply. one clarification though. >>She holds ILR, she is NOT dependent on you since the date ilr was granted<< whilst what you have written is true, i am not sure if I got your point. Are you suggesting that she is not eligible to apply as a spouse in my case? Regards, CP

Re: Applying for British passport for baby born in India to

movingwander, I am really surprised why ROA was refused if you were a british citizen well before baby's birth.

SO basically your passport application is still under processing so you better wait for the outcome. that's all I can think of at this moment of time.

Re: Applying for British passport for baby born in India to

any document that we supply for child's passport such as employer's letter for proof of employment, ( however, I doubt it will be required but still ), whom do we have to address? HM passport office ? one office? whichever, what is the address that we need to mention for the agency?

Re: ILR short by Apx 21 days under Tier 1 General

may I add a little twist to the original question? what if late entry is less than 90 days? My wife's visa was granted on 5th of Feb 2009 ( 05-02-2009) but she came to UK on 26th of march 2009 ( 26-03-2009) nearly 45 days late so he ILR clock started to tick from this day. She got her first extensio...
