You will not get those six months back.

According to the UKCISA's website if you have progress for at least 6 months then you have to show 2 months maintenance. But I think it better to show 9 months

Re: Urgent visa application enquiry

First of all you did not mention how long you are in UK? As you may know you are not allowed to study level 6 or above courses more than 5 years under tier 4 visa. If you have only completed the Postgrad degree in UK and nothing else and you are not under the gap then you can do the CIMA course as l...

If you are not Under 16 and considered as a Child student then you are not allowed to take any Level 2 course if you are applying for the student visa. What you can do, come to UK with a student visitor visa you will be allowed to do that course on part time basis. After finishing that course you ca...

Dear d3thmark I think on another thread you have mentioned that you already finished or finishing your 5 years cap. If your course is one year or more than one year longer then you will get extra 4 months after you complete your course. If you can find a job at that time and the company is willing to sponsor you then they can arrange necessary steps to help you to apply for a Tier - 2 visa

After doing the MBA how the Edexcel Level 7 Strategic Management course will complement your friend's previous study? Both or those courses contain quite a similar modules. If she is still within Tier 4 5 years cap then she can do a MSc in HRM or PGD HRM which can justify and complement her previous...

MBBS is exempt from 5 years CAP when you are taking that course as your first degree not when you are taking it after you have already completed another degree program.
