how would they know that the ielts certificate was presented while applying for entry clearance??? Do they keep records of certificate?
I did send them the ielts certificate in 2011 while applying for entry.

I did IELTS when I applied for my spouse visa in 2011. Now I am applying for ILR so do I need to do the ESOL test again or will I be ok as I showed them the IELTS certificate in 2011. I am applying in april.

I was granted visa on 7/2/2012 and expires on 7/5/2014. I came to uk in 30/3/2012. so when should i apply for ILR? thinking of applying via post.
