Re: Naturlization 6 Speeding Points SP 30

Taht' what happened with me, as I wasn't sure myself so I disclosed it and then discussed it during my appointment.
Person who was dealing wasn't sure so she rang the home office(I'm sure it's not the general call centre)

Thanks

Re: Naturlization 6 Speeding Points SP 30

Hi Ali we can't predict what the case worker will consider. You can wait six months before you apply or book NCS appointment and ask the person to check with home office about the conviction. In my NCS appointment the council person wasn't sure so she called home office explained the situation and t...

Re: Naturlization 6 Speeding Points SP 30

I challenged it and went to court, however; magistrate not only upheld the initial decision he increa...

Re: Citizenship Refused - Was I staying unlawful?

Re: Citizenship Refused - Was I staying unlawful?

@ CR001, Noajthan

Are you saying that OP was granted ILR in error if he was in breach of immigration law by overstayin?
Or the implication of 3C is different when you apply for naturalization?
Thanks

Travel while MN1 under process

I applied for my 2 daughters aged 2 and 4 in July through NCS, biometric submitted 1st of August. Re: Ilr application and pending decision. Plz help :'(

If I was you I would call ukvi customer service to get status update on FLR, just in case if the decision was sent and for whatever reason you haven't received it.
you will have to wait for the decision on your previous application anyway before you make a new application.
