We are not planning to apply flr(m) from outside the country we will be back before her visa expires but my question is can she travel on tier1 dependant as my status has changed to settled now???

Hi, My wife is on Tier 1 General dependant and her visa expires next year, I have received my ILR recently. My question is as she still have 1 year valid visa can she travel with me back home without any problems or she has to apply for FLR(M) before travelling??? please do reply with you suggestion ...

Thanks for your responses, regarding children born in UK is that mean I don't even have to apply for naturalisation??? I can directly register them as British coz they were born in UK??
