British Passport Application submission before receiving the certificate

Hi Gurus,

Apologies in advance if this had been addressed in earlier topics.

I would like to apply my British passport and my ceremony date is on 5th June 2021. Can i submit the application before the ceremony date and send the documents on 5th upon receiving my certificate?

Thank you for the quick response. I do believe Christmas period is not at all advisable for anything important. But if not Dec i have to wait until 17th Jan 2021 and i had a holiday from 26th Dec17 to 16th January18 which would cover my 3 years requirement. More over i got all my employment letters ...

My wife is a BC and she is been receiving child benfit for our 2 kids (both below 3 years and both British citizens) every month.

Is it going to affect my ILR (M) application?
