While OCI is still under process, is there any possibility that i can apply for tourist visa to india and go to india and request indian high commission to deliver my processed oci card to india instead of UK as i will be planning to stay in india for 2 to 3 months.

Also if in case I am allowed to retain it for 3 years by paying the desired fees, can I use it for travel in those 3 years? and what is grace period?

i am employed full time now, but according to the rules of retention of rights are there any specific needs of an employment on the date of divorce as non eea spouse? like sick pay, holiday pay in contract of employment, permanent contract, full time or any specific thing?
