^^ thanks for answering my question. Much appreciated. Didn't get your laast sentence. Did you say I already have unspent conviction? It is a debt I need to pay but not summoned or convicted in the court. I didn't say you have a conviction. You said in your first post that you have a conviction for...

Here is a post that I made in past, not everything is relevant in your case, but it does clarify about traffic convictions, crb checks etc. Hope it helps. I do have some knowledge about these court and police procedures. Many a times, police issues FPN's and they are not regarded as conviction and ...

The letter from UKBA received clearly states that permission to bring spouse/dependents will NORMALLY be not allowed. I ...

he's now in Tier 1 so I don't think the letter from employer is required (see sec 9 Tier 1 visa holders of the form) - Tier 1 need only to show proof of economic activity. Existing WP holders do require letter from employer. bring your UKBA original letters with you: - switched from WP to HSMP and ...

As you have been on WP+HSMP, I am not too sure what documents you need minimum but certainly 1 missing P60 will not be an isssue. Do you have the latest P60? from my observation, you will be asked to show: *all your work permits covering the time you were on WP *latest 3 payslips (I would advise you...

Documents required for ILR under HSMP

@iyanu I am sure this is due to error by case worker. Call them first, quoting reference number on any documents you recevied and explain the situation. They will send you the letter. I applied on 9th March under JR, received my passport back today with 2 backdated ILR letters (ILR date: August 2009...

Although, it was a surprise that the ILR start date was not back dated to November 2009 (exact date for ILR qualification) instead they stamped March-2010 cutting off 4 months away from our qualifying perio...
