I am applying for T2 Dep within UK.

Wife still awaiting her BRP (vignette valid until end of the month)

I am wondering if I can apply for my dependent visa based on vignette or wait until her BRP arrives?

With BRPs getting delayed so much, do not want to be in a hanging state.

If I need to change my employer? I can switch employers without an issue as a Tier 2 Dependent, so while the application is in the process would I still be a Tier 2 ICT or I will have to wait until my BRP card arrives to switch my employer.

Yes, I gather that the legal team are doing "forensic analysis" of which CoS to allocate to whom. I think it is waiting for us now.

Urgent query: Is there any pre-decided or set number of CoS that any employer can apply. If yes then can they request for additional. I believe employer can apply for any number of restricted CoS. There is no cost if the CoS is refused. Approved CoS will have some fees to be allocated to the new recruit.
