Re: T2 Dep application- question

It's actually delayed. We should have had it by 3rd October. We raised the complaint online as per the process and received a reply that we should not "expect" the brp "before 19th." Not very confidence inducing answer. I am to send my right to work documents before this month end and hoping that I ...

T2 Dep application- question

I am applying for T2 Dep within UK.

Wife still awaiting her BRP (vignette valid until end of the month)

I am wondering if I can apply for my dependent visa based on vignette or wait until her BRP arrives?

With BRPs getting delayed so much, do not want to be in a hanging state.

Starting work while waiting for BRP- tier 2 dep

Hi,

Is it ok to start work after the tier 2 dependent visa is approved but awaiting BRP?

Or is it restored to wait until BRP arrives?

Current visa is T2 ICT

Re: Can I work while I await dependent visa BRP?

Thanks for the reply.

If I need to change my employer? I can switch employers without an issue as a Tier 2 Dependent, so while the application is in the process would I still be a Tier 2 ICT or I will have to wait until my BRP card arrives to switch my employer.

Can I work while I await dependent visa BRP?

Hi, I am currently on ICT and will be switching to T2G dependent visa (partner's visa is currently under process). My question is whether I can start working after I make my T2 dependent visa application? Or I will have to wait until I get my BRP? p.S: I will be switching within the UK, so I will be...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Hi All My score was 40 this month and hence was not allotted the RCoS. Does the sponsor now need to apply gain for August or does it get carried forward automatically to the next month? i.e. Does the sponsor need to pay the £200 application fee every month they apply or is it automatically carried ...

Re: Successful Tier 2 Dependant Application

That's great and well done for putting a detailed post explaining all documents. One minor question, I just got my visa stamped and i will be travelling at end of August to UK for my job. I want to apply for my wife's PBS dependent visa ASAP and I can request my employer to issue maintenance certif...

Dependent Visa- applied from within the UK

Anyone with experience of Tier 2 ICT dependent visa recently? I applied for our kid in June 1st week (about 7 weeks ago). I put a special delivery envelope in, so I got the rest of the documents including the passport back with a note that the application is under consideration. We are to travel out...

Hi All

45 points still awaiting response. Big Four? Anyone also sharing the same boat?
Yes, I gather that the legal team are doing "forensic analysis" of which CoS to allocate to whom. I think it is waiting for us now.

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Urgent query: Is there any pre-decided or set number of CoS that any employer can apply. If yes then can they request for additional. I believe employer can apply for any number of restricted CoS. so my question is, is it costing your employer money for resubmitting and application that was refused because it didnt make the points cut-off?
There is no cost if the CoS is refused. Approved CoS will have some fees to be allocated to the new recruit.

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Yea I too i'm hopeful that it clears the 40K mark. I am just not sure how they decide amongst the applicants with the same points? does it depend on how many months they've applied or does everyone get put back in the same pot and someone randomly selected. This is my second month applying so less ...

My employer was applying since january but no luck. And in July they said they don't have any allocation left and they have applied for it. Once approved they will apply for RcoS again. What does this mean. Do they have to apply 1st to get allocation to apply for RCoS. https://assets.publishing.ser...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Has anyone heard back this month on whether they've been successful or not? I am more hopeful that given theyve taken out doctors and nurses this will drop the salary requirements all the way down. I am on 40K and 50 points (I think) and this is the second and sadly for me last month I am trying fo...
