Be careful . Was she given any letter, saying when she may apply for SET(M)? If she applied from 6th April 2014, then she should have been granted leave for 2.5 years. They may expect her to complete 5 years on FLR(M) or she may apply for SET(LR) , 28 days prior to her 10 anniversary of her initial...

Thanks’ for the previous reply, with the recent update can you pleas let me know is Trinity College London b1 exam valid or not, this is for my wife as spouse visa and we think to apply FLR(FP). She passes her exam around 6/7 month's ago.

Thank's for the reply but recently I am seeing some friend's case FLR(FP) and FLR(O) both getting refused, is there any way to be 100% shore the application will be successful. and if the application refused what can I do later on?

Savings would be £18600 - £9600 = £9000: £16000 + (9000 * 2.5) = £ 38500 . FLR(O) would be incorrect. Yes children can make a difference to both FLR(M) [the Financial Requirement] and FLR(FP) [Exception 1]. She may be eligible for FLR(FP), or she can apply for FLR(M) which will likely be placed on hold. I spoke to couple of lawyer one of them told me apply FLR(O) but i am confuse , which will be the right one , and when you say Saving's....how much money she need to show on her account if we can borro...
