From my investigation the council had no record of my refrence numbet or name.

What should I do?

Thanks

PCN FInes

Dear All,

Does having a lot of PCN fines which were paid affect your application for character requirement? (I think 10)

Is there a way Home office can check how many PCN fines a person has against the application?

Please advise

Thank you
