Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

@Ojliaa u said that But on the other hand, bear in mind that you may lose your WORK RIGHT if you become overstayer so I would strongly go with BABUI's advice that don't become overstayer and should apply before your current visa expiring. Solaced current circumstances is this After Entrprnr visa ref...

Re: FLR (LR) Application refused

My views is not that they are wrong on the fact that section 3C ceases ti have effect when right of appeal expired. They were wrong in treating FRL (LR) as a FLR (FP) and to refuse a right of appeal, coz the policy after 6th April 2015 requires them to give a write of appeal. Home Office and your l...

Re: Long residence confusion

1. If the period between expiry of leave (section 3c) in 2009 and date of application for new entry clearance is more than 28 days, then continuous residency is broken. 2. You could have used Pankina when you had the option to do so, and before it became obsolete. Sushdmehta or anyone else please h...

Hi all, I applied for FLR(FP) private life 10 year route, almost 3 months ago now and i'm wondering if there is anyone that has applied in September that has received their documents? What is the processing time for flr(fp) because it is definitely not 8 weeks as they say. Also is there anyone that...

Re: ILR long residence - date of first entry?

Based on other posts for SET O, the answer to your question should be the start date of T1 visa. For Long residence, the following posts seem to suggest the entry date for whichever 10-year continuous residence period the application is based on: Anyone can share their experience? http://www.immigr...

After 20 years of illegal stay, it is not ILR it is FLR(FP) private life route and another 10 years before qualifying for ILR.
