I am really sorry to say that she has not done Life in the UK!! because it was not relevent to her FLR(M) spouse visa.
do you think it would be wiser if i cancel the appointment for FLR(M) and apply SET (O) or FLR (O) whichever is suitable after her Life in the UK test.

she was here legally. never refused visa. her university attendance was ok. she was 100% ok during her stay in UK.

No never ever on her term time.

she was just student and worked for the part time. but not a regular basis.

Yes I have meet the financial requirements.
Yes I was non-PBS work permit holder but I dont think she is eligible under Part 5 (196A-196F).
