According to my understaning , if fresh application is submitted within 14 days ( which was reduced period from 28 days to 14 days rules changed on 24 november 2016) and during fresh flrfp application process , applicant completes his 10 yrs clock , he can vary to set lr i think he is fine . can you please tell me timeline of your court of appeal , how long did upper tribunal take to refuse your permission to go to COA ? then how long did COA take when you appied direct to COA for paper permission ? Best wishes for your hearing in COA brother .

Dear Allabbas12330 As you stated your tier1 enterprenure application was refused and FFT appeal also dismissed ...., as you couldn't qualify for enterprenure so you are on psw status ...., so definitely you don't need RMLT test ...and second thing .., yes you can use priority service within 10 worki...
