You will be eligible to apply for your ILR 28 days before 1st May 2014.

Hi Vineet
If you are not planning to travel then you can wait for your ILR. Once you will get ILR then you can register your baby for british citizenship. Indian passport and dependent visa are required in case you plan to travel with baby before your ILR application.

Online Salary Slip fr ILR

Hi All
I am getting my monthly salary slip through mail. I have requested my HR and she attested these salary slips. Kindly let me know is it fine or I need to carry any other evidence to establish authenticity of my salary slip( apart from the bank statement).

You don't need to submit P60 or Employment history from HMRC if you have spent your 5 years in UK on Tier-1(general) visa. You have to show last 12 months earning to make sufficient points.
