Re: Visit Visa UK Embassy Email - Your UK visa application has been issued

Hi, We got an email, application concluded 4 days ago and today got an email saying, your application has been processed and ready for collection. Any idea whether this indicates any positive news as with concluded email, we had pretty much made up our minds for a refusal as per the trend of all the...

Re: March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

I think that in the priority list for apps, people with ILR and tier 1 are at the bottom of the list specially ones with self employed status. But not sure why cant they check whatever they want in 6 months. It's hell lot of time to ask from any organisation any question. So may be we r in for a lon...

Re: March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

Well well well, there's another twist in the long wait as it continues past 6months. Have just gone over 6 months and today I received a letter saying it wasn't possible for us to decide ur application in standard 6 months and they have given another time limit of 3 months in which to decide the app...

Re: March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

Me too, I applied 30th March and still not heard a thing from HO. I wonder why June applications are well underway with approvals and still outstanding March/ April apps are left in dark.

Re: April 2015 Naturalization application Timeline ONLY

Appreciate you sharing the FOI response letter but I don't think it's a clear picture of what has been going on in last few weeks as more than 10-15 cases have been approved alone on this platform where people have shared their experiences and timeline. Imagine this platform only constitutes about 5...

Re: March 2015 Naturalization application timeline

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone can throw some light on this... I applied BC for my two sons who were on ILR since I was on ILR and so was my wife. Applied on 17th March through NCS and submitted 2 MN1 forms and paid fees £669x2 which was collected by HO on 23rd March as a whole as £1338 ...

Re: need help regarding council tax and Gp

Hello Kentish, Just to clarify and reassure you having read the last comment by casa that this is correct, you are not liable to pay council tax for the property which is a multiple occupancy. So you don't need to worry about anything and just apply for naturalisation as this is not the requirement ...

Hello caffiene,

If you have checked with HO and they said that we can use any form before April 6th then thats a good news as it will save a lot of people applying next week a lot of hassle.

Re: NCS holding application due to not eligible

Your wife will have to wait for her 5 years residence requirement before applying as she physically needs to be here in the UK to satisfy that requirement and you can apply after the date you had come back. Its the same with me and my wife as i came back on 30th March and my wife stayed a month long...

Re: NCS APPOINTMENT DEEMED INVALID

Thanks everyone for all your input and advice. They did check the form and it was all okay and I might be sending it in on 1st April by post to HO as it's pointless making another NCS Appi Trent as it will be costly option. Also as it turns out that my wife won't be able to apply until 7-5-15 due to...

Re: MN1 section? For UK born child

This guide assists children who have not yet reached the age of majority (age 18) to become British citizens under the following sections of the British Nationality Act 1981. Once a child reaches age 18 they will have to apply to naturalise using form and guide AN. •section 1 (3) birth in the UK to...

Re: NATURALISATION QUESTIONS PLEASE ADVISE

thanks for replying back but yeah I'm fine with applying for my wife and myself separately meaning at the same time but paying separate fees . My only concern is that if kids can apply for naturalisation by registration and we do not have to pay separate fees for them(£669+£669). As we all have inde...
