Re: 10 Year Long Residency Urgent Query, Please help

I have never sent such a few list of documents to the home office. And when I call different solicitors fo...

Re: Tier 1 visa refused..want to change to tier 2 after appe

Definitely go for tier 2 in that case if you have a sponsor. If you do choose to appeal, the appeal will only consider the documents supplied at the time of the application and so your partner dropping out may not be an issue. Will your partner be willing to at least appeal with you before he leaves...

Re: When will I get my Passport after JR?

Oh sorry,

I thought it was the same thing. I won at Tribunal Hearing. I won the case on 5th March and have not received any appeal or objections from HO. I am guessing there is nothing to object to for them. I just want to go home. Im so tired :(

I think they just want you to rate their customer service. Since it is anonymous, I hope you will give them the worst review ever so that they change their incompetent ways

Be positive. your visa will not be refused. changing categories while the visa is under consideration is in my opinion just a sign that you do not qualify for any of the routes but just trying your luck

Re: ADVICE NEEDED... TIER 1 Entreprenuer Appeal or FResh App

I dont understand what you mean by you can no longer raise 50k. What happened to the 50k you raised for your initial application. You can show the home office that you have used half of it on the business. I think it will make your case even stronger

Re: best visa option

I would say best Visa option would be spousal visa. If not, then entrepreneur if you have a business idea and access to funds or tier two if you have a sponsor as cpmlkhan said.

Failing that, I believe its a flight home

Don't worry, that is not a strange letter. It is probably because you have submitted bank details for an overseas account and will take time to investigate. Most new applications are being responded to really quickly so it should not be too long. Hang in there :D

Re: Great Expereince at hearing

The refusal was that I did not show any evidence that my business had a UK premises. I argued back that I submitted the company summary to the Home Office and a letter from companies house with my registered address still there. Also they argued that I had showed no evidence for access to the funds....

Re: Can photographer and videographer

Hi to apply for a post study work visa with the post study route, you should hold a role that is Level 4 or above in the SOC guidance in your company. A photographer or videographer(SOC number 3417) is only level 3 as per the guidelines . So using this role will not be valid for this visa. However y...

Re: Third Party Funding in the UK ???

Hi

From my understanding third party funding can only be from overseas. If the funds are in the UK then it must be in the applicants own name.

I think it is better to apply from Pakistan as it will take a shorter time for the decision to be reached

HI Sanjay, you have 3 years to invest the 50, 000. It is your money so you choose how you would want to invest it. You however need to make sure that the money is spent solely on your business. You cannot buy a house and cliam it as an investment
