I then received an email from ECM at Abu Dhabi branch (no names were mentioned) to let me know of the mistakes and reconsideration. another update. Had a call from Abu Dhabi branch Duty ECO and they have now overturned the original decision and will now stamp the passport with visa. Hi Coolmind I used the same form a mentioned by fielddrive. Also I didnt fill the right side because thats what I was querying that I need to know my employers in last 10 years. I didnt write any covering letter with this application either, however I think it took about 1.5 months for the documents...

Hi, I agree with Arsal385. Also I asked for my previous 10 years employment history from HMRC, althought it detailed all of my Tax Paid amout etc including my Employer ( Company Names) but no information of hours worked.
