I have still not received my BRP card neither email from Home office delivery office to provide me with a update on my card.

Any advice what should be my next step.

When you arrive from Republic of Ireland. The immigration staff take your ticket or boarding and is within their record.

In order to further justify above provide them with a covering letter and I believe this should be enough to explain your first arrival date in UK
