Call 03002221000, they won't ask you for letter but your letter needs to be dispatched. Just give your barcode.

28 days out of date application is accepted by Home Office. But your gap from 09/01/2011 to 15/02/2011 is more than 28 days. Why did you make fresh application instead of appeal? You have to make a good reason or case to justify your overstay period such as mitigating circumstances/sickness etc. It...

I can confirm that by God's grace my ILR has been approved. Someone already updated google drive, thank you. I applied on 24/02/14 and ILR approved in 09/06/14.
