Is it some permanent permit while you are waiting for the EU1 form decision?

I know that they will get back to me in 4 weeks time in regards to Stamp 4.

They will get back to you in 6 months. They need that time for consideration.

We did not post the application by the way, we brought it to the office and we left it in special box
