letter of approval and passport, are you sure about it. does the letter says to bring in your passport of original nationality or does it require to carry any valid id? please, help. 1 of my friend is stuck, need to help him thru this forum.

Hi all

Got my approval letter today. the documents they have asked are- photographs, fees, original gnib card and travel document(if applicable). help me here, what is travel document, do i need to send my original passport or copy of passport or what. i dont have any travel document.

keep patience. this is formality thy r doing. ur papers are under process. this stage is still garda vetting. it can take as much time as dependng on thm. as per my experience, i would say tht u wud b in the next ceremony aftr september. :)

@irishanon u can go for ceremony in suit or any formals tht u wish, it is just for ur own sake. in thr nobody checks u for ur attire.i myself was in formals but more thn half of the applicants were in informals, some even had thr traditional dress put on. once ur at venue, its just at the reg counte...

yes u can get re-entry visa under emergency situations. i have also read somwhere on this forum that, u dont even need a re-entry visa once u have naturalization certificate.

i hav mentioned it in my list. color copy of licence or photo page of passport certified by gardai. in my case i submitted both the copies.
