Congratulations for your mother visa
can you let me know how long it took to process the visa in Chennai. I presumed you applied in Chennai. also do we need to take passport photograph and how quick is to get the appointment if you apply online.

Hi just to wanted to update our approval timescale Date of application on 1 June 2015, date of biometrics submitted on 17 July 2015, date approval received on 11 September 2015 with letter dated 4 September 2015- route spouse's 3+1 All the best for rest of the guys who are waiting for decision. This option was on the previous application form too. however when i applied in March i ticked this box and also submitted the English requirement just in case...

Hi there

just want to clarify when is the latest date I can apply for ILR. Got the Tier 1 General in country on 16 April 2009.

I think i can apply on PEO appointment on 20/03/14 (i.e 28 days before) or should i go on 21st March?
