Should I call HO or wait a few more weeks? I applied for naturalisation through Wandsworth NCS on the 17th March 08. But haven't heard anything yet and the money hasn't been taken out of my credit card yet. Should I worry or wait and what would be the first point of contact , Wandsworth NCS or HO? T...

It's irrelevant what the requirements are at other Schengen embassies. If they are going to Spain, they have to get their Schengen visa from the Spanish embassy. No no.. they are going to Lanzarote, so they might have to go to Lanzorate(tic) Embassy   In the application form put Spain a...

It's gonna get worse. Guess which races are gonna suffer under these proposals? Yep, blacks and Asians. The borders act gave immigration goons a lot of power to stop search and detain suspected illegals. You can guess the rest, it is just like the sus laws in the 70s and their operation in predomin...

How many days was the person away for in the past 2 years? is it still 0, instead of (52 x 2) 104 days????

Hi, My ILR is due in Oct 2008 on the basis of 2 yr marriage visa. As i have read on ILR application form that 20 documents are required from 5 different resources on both my and my wife's name with address or either of our names. Does it mean that i have to provide 100 documents in total 20 x 5 = 1...

Never actually thought of this - as to whether to count the day you left as absent or not. On entering whether to count the day you enter or not. The straight forward method might be to exclude the day you left and you enter... meaning that you were in the country on the day you left and similarly w...

I am not sure if 4 x 5 = 20 If you see this calculation it shows that actually 4=5 16-36=25-45 16-36+(9/2)^2=25-45+(9/2)^2 16-36+(9/2)^2=[4-(9/2)]^2 25-45+(9/2)^2=[5-(9/2)]^2 [4-(9/2)]^2=[5-(9/2)]^2 4-(9/2)=5-(9/2) 4=5 So it could be either (4x4) =16 documents or (5x5)=25 documents Therefore you mig...

Hi Countrylass, I do not see that it is difficult to prove one is not married before. Your husband will have to go to his 'district/ward' from where he has acquired his Nepali citizenship and get a letter confirming that he was never married before, or if he was married then to show that it was diss...
