Re: Payment Declined - Urgent Help

Hi The letter can still be sent back with the payment details though the time has run out. I would ask you to write a supporting statement to address the concerns. Hope this is sufficient in the meantime. If you delay they will return the application back to you. So you need to send it next day deli...

Re: British Passport application processing timelines (only)

They can keep your application on hold and return your Pakistan passport but it's not a straight forward process you think it's easy. In most circumstances they will need to priotise and u may get cleared . Call daily till u get it.

Re: February 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

Hi All I have read your thread today and many more and think their is an error on part of the HO because it's not clear why they handle particular applications different from others. For example a client advised that the degree from India had been used on tier 1 and settlement and was asked for proo...

Re: January 2014 - Naturalization Application Timeline

I think the refusal of your application must grant you a chance to appeal. The number of days honestly is too much however y discretion may be exercised on grounds of health. With the information you have provided it's very hard to know the space of the days spent out each year for the last 5 years....

Hi All, Please delay is not denial. Stop stressing your self as the HO says you need to wait for 6 months . I agree some may want to travel or have urgent appointments but you hve options if you used NCS. Calling the contact centre does not help at all as they dont even know when your application wi...

no need to worry about HMRC tax issues. From your submission its clear you have made the effort of addressing the concerns and though it takes 3 weeks its within the time frame. Dot be confused by peoples views as people never tell you clear scenarios.

Re: DO NOT USE NCS IF YOUR CASE IS NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD

We have done that before and it had a succesful attempt. Anyway , i think you would ensure you send the documents alongside your appli...
