Re: How to sue the UK Gov at Brussels Court ?

Good for you, JulianaV! My understanding is as follows: First, you have to decide what you want - compensation? an apology? something else? If, for example, you want compensation, you could apply to the CMCC or Court of Money Claims Centre. Then, you must sue them in a UK Court. If your grievance i...

How to sue the UK Gov at Brussels Court ?

Well, actually we are really fine, we are working with a good wage and nothing could be better for us :) But before this heaven, my Brazilian Husband (and I'm Hungarian and we have a dual Bra/Hun child together) applied for 2 different benefits : JSA and Housing. Both took a long while to be decided...

Re: JSA refused to my Husband - He owns a UK Resident Permit

I received a letter today from JCP. My husband can't claim the benefits. He had a Resident Card based on EEA Route (I'm the EEA in fact and our son is a EEA citizen as well). We are both job seeking at this time. The letter says that I supposed to be financially dependent of my husband ????? What ?...

Hi, guys ! Also: what kind of work permit does he have for Germany?[/quote] Well..He don't 'have FP in the passport. We live in UK already. we arrived here 7 months ago. We cannot request a EEA FP inside the country. He don't need a work permit to work in Germany because it's considered a business t...

Re: Can someone with a COA get in and out UK ?

Re: Moving to Germany with non EU family member

Wait ! let me doublecheck this...in Germany if my non EEA-Spouse presents his passport + mine EU passport + our marriage certificate (maybe officially translated to Germany) he can be hired ?' Re: Moving to Germany with non EU family member

JulianaV, I am also curious about if that works in practice. But as dalebutt mentioned that it must be difficult to find a employer who would accept and care EU family member only with marriage certificate. I don't know may be there are some users who already experienced that and would like to shar...

Re: Move out to Germany as EEA Family Member

I guess the point is you will need to get a Residence Card, but you do not need "permission" per sae. For instance you could work from the day of arrival if your employer was cooperative. It may have changed, but in Germany it takes about 4-6 weeks after application to get the physical card. They m...

Re: Moving to Germany with non EU family member

You can normally start work as soon as you arrive in Germany, but it will be difficult to convince your potential employer of your right to work, some employers make ask to see copy of your marriage certificate and a copy of your passport and that of your wife's , you must count yourself extremely ...

Re: Move out to Germany as EEA Family Member

Hungarians can work freely in all of the EU right now, including Germany and the UK. You can also work freely in the UK. And also in Germany. No permission is needed. At least in UK...not exactly...in Theory, yes you can. But in the practice (again, at least in UK) you should apply for a residence ...

Re: I'm giving up UK - What can I do to sue the government ?

Your ignorance is astonishing, you will need a loads of extra patience, you will quickly need to learn German, because you are very much likely to be asked by a disgruntled Auslanderbehorde official, something along the line of " War machst du hier? You will need to answer that coherently. Good luc...

Re: I'm giving up UK - What can I do to sue the government ?

Sorry about your troubles. I agree with you that these kinds of delays by these creaky government departments are unacceptable and are obstructive of your free movement rights. It is unbelievable the amount of incompetence and lack of proper staff training. Even if the bureaucracy across the world ...

I'm giving up UK - What can I do to sue the government ?

It's a good country, good people, but David is a xenophobic jerk ! It's basically impossible for me (Im'm not Juliana, I'm the husband) to get a RC and NIN. I arrived here since march and nothing so far. It's very crystal clear that EEA2 is the weak point of any family in this country. and the gover...

I don't think you can get proper answer on these assumed scenarios. Do you mean that EEA national is doing some temporary/casual job and you are about to apply EEA2 RC and NINO? More or less...The contract is a permanent contract, But It's a Mc Donnalds contract. We don't know if they have intentio...

Re: EEA2 Appeal Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

I told them my partner is due to give birth next week and they shouldn't have come to investigate that ...

RC Refused - Doubts about appeal

Hi, Everyone !

Our RC has been refused. What is the best to do ? Appeal or start over again ?

If we decide to appeal ? I cannot find in this board or Google how much is the court fee. Any idea ? Is a lawyer really necessary ?
We are potentially running out of funds.
