Interviewed me and my manager. Don't no the result of it as he mentioned he is not supposed to tell.
He told we need to wait.

It’s an annual pay rise based on performance , the same happened last year at the same time.
So how can we convince home office and overcome this obstacle.

i already spent three years on tier 2 visa.

Cos validity is for 5 years.
