Hi,

I was recently granted ILR and all my absences were holidays.This seemed to be absolutely fine as no questions were asked during my PEO appointment.I did take letter from employer with me and I had less than 180 days absences in any given year.

congratulations. Regarding your self-explaining letters for absences, were they with regards to unpaid leave? If yes, did you provide any "compassionate" reasons, or just explained that you were on a short leisury vacations abroad? Yes, they were unpaid leave as I wasn't employed during that time ...

Well you were right about the other post.This was more specific to my first point here regarding withdrawing application at PEO.I just want to be sure as this involves quite a lot of money.

I confirm this much, no requirement to maintain a level of funds for ILR. I am not sure on points but I did take with me the results from PBS calculator and outlined that I am claiming 95 points.
