Can new documents be sent for an appeal?

I'd appreciate some advise please. A close friend has Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK and sponsored the spouse for a spousal visa. The visa was refused for only one reason: All the documents required to ascertain financial status were not submitted. They didn't know about the other documents th...

Thanks all,
Based on how things evolved, it seems the FLR team waited for the HSMP result.
HSMP has been approved and FLR granted.

Regards.

Essential: Book hotel before applying for EC and include evidence of hotel reservation in your EC application.

No need to buy flight ticket before EC.

Hi tundefaboye, Employer's letter simply showing gross income is not likely to be adequate. Your employer should state the exact amount earned between Sept 2005 and Aug 2006 (for example). You might want to argue that this would add up to your gross income but from observations, that is how exployer...

Yes you can. The card holder filling and signing the payment section is the only requirement.

Some people have used it successfully.

According to the guidelines, Work Experience is independent of Degree.

So, provided the Work Experience is graduate level, the lack of a degree is irrelevant.

You'll be okay.

Query 1: There shouldn't be any problem. Simply provide all your evidences. Query 2: There is also no problem with this. In your cover letter, simply state the period which the tax year of your country covers. By now, you should be in possession of the tax certificate for year 2004. That should show...

Coolraju,
You can combine the earnings.
Simply supply evidence in support of each of the earnings individually and show tax returns in support of both.

Note that Work Experience references have to contain certain specified information like beginning and end dates of each job title. If the first set you submitted did not meet the HSMP format, then g...

I tend to agree that the agency is 'strange' - it put together an application that was scored zero. I expect any agency worth its salt to be sure of what it submits. However, many agencies seem not to really be up to the task. You can make a fresh application but with that same agency? BTW, what do ...

rkc,
You have absolutely *nothing* to worry about.
You submitted one valid evidence and that is what will be considered. The other evidence will simply be disregarded.

Your quote would apply if the only evidence you supplied was the photocopy of your licence.
