what shall I write in surname column when filling in spouse visa extension application-when the passport does not have any surname but only given name?

When filling spouse visa extension online-there is question about if the applicant was known by some other name then this given name-
so after marriage,the surname was changed for my wife but the given name remained the same- shall I write the old name with surname for that question please?
